Violates Do Not Call Registry

Texas Funeral Plans in Somerset is operating in violation of the "Do Not Call" Registry. When I pointed this out, the telemarketer huffily pointed out that I am "in the book." That does not give them any right to contact me in any way, shape, or form, and I have reported them to the FCC.
